To cancel an order for books or other items that have already been delivered to you you must fill out the form below with all the details. Orders are canceled and changed only if they have been made from our online store and there is an error in the order on our behalf. This must be done strictly within 14 days of order delivery.

In order to approve the return or change, the products must be in excellent condition and their packaging must not have been damaged, as well as any labels that exist and must be accompanied by the relevant documents, proof of retail sale or invoice. The process of returning the products is at your own risk. If the return shipping is charged to us, the products are shipped with the same courier you received it and we cooperate. If you cover the shipping you choose whichever courier you want, as long as the products are returned intact.
